All media ad spend passed directly to third-party platforms (such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or Twitter) is strictly non-refundable. Once the budget is allocated and the Facebook Ads or Google Search Ads are live, the platforms charge for the impressions and clicks. Orbitly AI is not responsible for refunding media spend.

2. Monthly Retainer Services (SEO, SMM, GMB)

Our ongoing services, including On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Social Media Marketing, operate on a monthly retainer basis.

• Cancellations: You may cancel your monthly retainer at any time with a 30-day written notice.
• Refunds: Because our team deploys automated workflows, creates content, and builds backlinks in real-time, no refunds are provided for partial months or work already completed during the current billing cycle.

3. One-Time Projects (Website & App Development)

For custom projects like Custom Development, WordPress Development, or Mobile Applications, payments are tied to project milestones.

• If a project is canceled before the design phase is approved, a partial refund of the initial deposit may be issued, minus the hours already worked.
• Once the UX/UI design is approved or the final product is launched, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
